• Images: If enabled, the app sends photos taken with the camera to the user’s database within the WorkTimes web application. Images are stored for a maximum of 2 months and are then automatically deleted.
• Location: If the user chooses the location option, the app sends location data to the user’s database within the WorkTimes web application.

How We Use Data

Data (images and location) is used solely for functionality within the WorkTimes system. Data is not shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties.

Data Security

All data is transmitted and stored in encrypted form. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect user data.

Children

Our application is not intended for children under the age of 13.
